Transport Office Clerk – Solihull
Salary: £33,per year (£ per hour) – paid hourly
Hours: 40 hrs/week, Monday to Friday
Shifts: Rotating
1. Week 1: 05:00 – 13:00
2. Week 2: 05:00 – 13:00
3. Week 3: 13:00 – 21:00
4. Week 4: 13:00 – 21:00
(Flexibility may be required)
Join a Global Logistics Leader We’re recruiting for a Transport Office Clerk to work with one of the world’s largest logistics providers, supporting a prestigious automotive brand. This is an ongoing agency role with the potential to become permanent.

Key Responsibilities
9. Welcome drivers, issue keys and paperwork
10. Track vehicles and report delays or issues
11. Communicate with drivers and check load details
12. Route planning and adjustments
13. End-of-shift debrief and paperwork collection
14. Data entry and driver management
15. Download driver digicards and manage infringements
16. Handle driver queries and other duties as required
What We’re Looking For
17. Transport industry experience or similar (preferred)
18. Ability to work rotating shifts
19. Strong work ethic and solid work history
20. Flexible and proactive attitude
21. Basic IT skills (Microsoft Word & Excel)
22. Own transport or local residency
