Job Title: Sales Manager (Renewals / Account Management)

Location: Fleet, Hampshire (Hybrid - 3 days office / 2 days home) - easliy accessable by train

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 17:30

Are you an experienced Sales Manager (Renewals) with a passion for leading high-performing & fast paced teams, driving customer retention, and maximising upsell opportunities? Join an innovative digital business in the online technology and services sector, leading a talented Account Management team focused on renewals, client relationships, and revenue growth.

The Role

As Sales Manager (Renewals), you will:

* Lead, support, and develop a team of Account Managers focused on renewals, upselling, and customer retention
* Manage and grow sales revenue by developing and expanding existing customer accounts in the staffing agency market and related B2B sectors
* Conduct structured account reviews to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and ensure maximum account growth
* Utilise data to inform proposals, retention strategies, and sales activity
* Maintain accurate forecasting of the renewals pipeline and report directly to senior leadership
* Conduct regular 1-to-1 meetings, team sessions, and performance reviews to achieve and exceed KPIs
* Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports
* Attend client meetings independently and alongside your team as required

We're looking for someone who has:

* Strong experience in team management and developing Account Managers
* A proven track record in sales, renewals, and account management, within B2B environments
* Excellent negotiation skills and confidence engaging senior decision-makers
* A commercial mindset with the ability to identify and maximise upsell and cross-sell opportunities
* Strong analytical skills to translate customer needs into effective account management and sales strategies
* The ability to thrive under pressure while managing multiple KPIs and targets
* A commitment to personal development and openness to feedback
