Conduct monthly documented 121 meetings with all members of the team and supporting team development. Ensure badging machinery and heat-seal machines are running smoothly, and preventative maintenance and repairs are carried out if needed. Raise Purchase Orders accordantly with the requirements of the workload and customer demand. Ensure Health and Safety rules and policies are followed and adhered to at all times. As Badging Manager, you’ll have experience: Managing and supervising a Team Dealing with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) Strong communication skills to liaise across departments Excellent organisational skills and the ability to support staff where needed.
