Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised, personable and proactive Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will possess a background in administrative functions. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently while fostering a positive work environment.
Responsibilities
* Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficient workflow
* Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring all necessary materials are available
* Supervise and support administrative staff, providing guidance and training as needed
* Maintain accurate records for financial management
* Coordinate human resources functions, including recruitment and onboarding of new staff
* Implement office policies and procedures to enhance productivity
* Handle correspondence, phone calls, and emails with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
* Diary management for directors
* Foster a collaborative team environment through effective communication and organisational strategies
Skills
* Preferable (but not necessary) in human resources practices, including recruitment and employee relations
* Diary Management
* Previous supervising experience is preferred to effectively manage office personnel
* Office experience with a focus on clerical and administrative tasks
* Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members and clients
* Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple priorities efficiently
* Demonstrated phone etiquette for professional interactions
* Knowledge of the Property Industry preferred but not essential
