7️⃣ 7+ years experience

- Have built products at MVP stage
- Experienced in backend development, particularly with Node.js and TypeScript
- Have solid experience with EDA and event streaming (Kafka)
- Have a strong understanding of SQL or NoSQL database systems
- Experienced with GCP (or AWS)

- People comfortable with complexity, ambiguity, and can pivot based on new information
