A leading fitness brand is seeking a strategic consultant to lead a short-term engagement focused to review and refine its customer proposition.
As the fitness landscape evolves, this brand is looking to reassess how its offering meets the needs of today's members - across physical locations, digital experiences, pricing, and brand positioning. The goal is to ensure the proposition remains compelling, competitive, and aligned with future growth ambitions.
Key responsibilities include:
* Conduct a strategic review of the current customer proposition across key segments
* Benchmark against competitors and emerging fitness trends
* Identify opportunities to differentiate and strengthen member value
* Deliver actionable recommendations and a roadmap for proposition evolution
You will have:
* 7+ years consulting experience
* Experience in strategy or proposition development, ideally in fitness or lifestyle
* Strong understanding of customer insight, brand positioning, and commercial levers
* Ability to work independently and engage senior stakeholders
Engagement Details:
* 6-8 week project
* Hybrid working with some on-site presence in London
* £800-£1,000 LTD dependent on experience
