This is a newly created opportunity, with a vibrant corporate team, seeking an experienced Corporate Lawyer to join their ranks. The ideal candidate will have a breadth of corporate law experience and a proven track record advising a diverse client base.
This is a rare role for a corporate lawyer who enjoys advising a breadth of clients and forming close client relationships.

* Technical proficiency in managing complex corporate transactions
* Maintain up-to-date technical expertise
* Drive business development to retain existing clients and attract new ones

Skills and Personal Qualities:
* Strong commercial acumen and the ability to understand a breadth of client industries and businesses
* Ability to manage your own caseload with minimal supervision
* Proven financial management skills and ability to meet client expectations
* Advanced IT skills, including proficiency with case management systems, electronic time recording, and Microsoft Office
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to handle intricate legal issues
* Self-motivated, friendly, and collaborative.
