About the roles
We’re now looking for two Property Services Administration Officers to join our team on a fixed-term basis. These roles are highly similar in nature, both offering full-time hours (36.25 per week) and agile working arrangements based in Leyland. Each role supports a different area of our Property Services function and has a different contract length.
As a Property Services Administration Officer, you’ll provide effective and efficient administrative support using housing management systems, financial systems, spreadsheets, and document management tools. You’ll be working closely with technical officers and wider teams to ensure smooth delivery of services and compliance with key housing standards.
While both roles share core responsibilities, one will focus on supporting our Healthy Homes initiative, particularly around managing HHSRS cases and triaging damp/mould reports in line with Awaab’s Law. The other will support our core Property Services operations, with a greater emphasis on financial administration and contractor liaison.
The Healthy Homes role is fixed term until 31st March 2027, and the core Property Services role is fixed term until 31st March 2026.

To be successful in these roles, you should have:
* Ability to work under pressure in line with set KPIs
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Knowledge of housing systems and ability to follow procedures
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively
