Responsibilities
:
1. Act as a strategic partner to the CEO, Board, and PE stakeholders.
2. Lead all financial operations: planning, budgeting, reporting, audit, tax, treasury, and controls.
3. Develop and drive KPIs, MI, and board reporting to support data-led decision-making.
4. Support and evaluate international M&A opportunities and integration.
5. Enhance financial processes and systems to support scalability.
6. Lead and develop the finance function across global operations.
7. Drive performance improvement, working cross-functionally to optimise margin and cash generation.
8. Prepare the business for a successful exit within the PE lifecycle.
The Ideal Candidate:
9. Proven CFO (or strong within a PE-backed business
10. Experience in manufacturing and/or distribution, ideally with global operations.
11. Strongmercial mindset, hands-on approach, and data-driven decision-making skills.
12. Track record of leading finance in high-growth or transformation settings.
13. M&A experience - deal execution and post-merger integration.
14. Able to operate at both strategic and operational levels in a fast-paced environment.
