42 weeks per year (term time, inset days and 3 additional weeks)
Salary & Benefits
£35,000 per year. Bonus potential up to 10% of salary. Free meals on shift & IFG uniform. Company pension and other benefits.
Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the kitchen team.
* Prepare and cook meals using fresh seasonal ingredients at volume.
* Liaise directly with onsite clients.
* Ensure service runs smoothly and food safety/health & safety due diligence is adhered to.
Qualifications
* Experience as a Chef Manager with people management skills.
* Proficiency in cooking with fresh seasonal ingredients on a large scale.
* Ability to liaise and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
* Understanding of health‑safety and food‑safety regulations.
* Successful completion of an enhanced DBS check (employer covers cost).
