We need you to:
1. Establish target markets and potential customers, develop customer resources, develop sales plans, and achieve sales targets;
2. Summarize market, industry characteristics and laws, and provide effective assistance to customers;
3. Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service;
4. Manage and maintain customer relationships as well as long-term strategic partnerships between customers;
5. Cross departmental collaboration: Work closely with global/regional headquarters and other subsidiaries to coordinate strategies, share best practices, and effectively implement various initiatives at the group level.
We hope that candidates possess:
1. College degree or above, with over 1 year of work experience in sales;
2. Has good communication and expression skills;
3. Business elites who are outgoing, enjoy interacting with people, good at challenging themselves, and have aspirations;
4. Experience in the home building materials industry is preferred.
