Sales and Operations Planning Manager

About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping operational performance across the Group by leading and driving the Sales and Operations Planning process.
As the S&OP Manager, you will be fully accountable for the end-to-end S&OP process, working closely with Finance, Strategy, and Sector leadership teams to ensure alignment between operational delivery, financial performance, and strategic business goals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and manage the Group-wide Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process
2. Ensure alignment between operational plans and financial plans, based on consistent assumptions
3. Drive financial and delivery performance through effective demand and supply planning
4. Support the business in identifying, understanding, and managing risks and key decisions within the operational plan
5. Monitor, report, and communicate operational performance across the Group
6. Work closely with Sector teams to understand performance trends and drive continuous improvement actions
7. Maintain accountability for the operational plan baseline and manage changes while ensuring alignment with strategy and financial objectives
