What does an evening Care Professional do?
* Provide evening care assistance to Clients in a compassionate and respectful manner.
* Assist with daily activities such as meal preparation, medication reminders, and personal hygiene.
* Drive residents to appointments or outings as required, ensuring their safety and comfort.
* Collaborate with the care team to create and implement individualized care plans.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation related to residents' care and well-being.
* Utilise strong communication skills to engage with Clients, families, and colleagues effectively.
Qualifications
Qualifications needed.
* A willing, positive, compassionate approach to assist and support people within your local community.
* Access to reliable transport such as car, moped or E-Bike
* Be able to make a commitment of a minimum of 10 hours per week
* Be living in or around the Taunton and Wellington area
