We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Full-Time Technical Pool Service Engineer to join our specialist team, focusing on high-end service and complex diagnostics across the UK.
The Technical Pool Service Engineer Role:
Based in West Sussex, you will be responsible for the advanced maintenance and repair of sophisticated luxury swimming pool systems nationwide. This role demands a high level of technical proficiency and commitment to delivering the highest standard of customer care.
Key Responsibilities of the Technical Pool Service Engineer:
* Carry out routine annual services, maintenance, and expert pool cleans.
* Perform accurate and thorough diagnostics on complex pool plant equipment (heating, filtration, dosing, control systems).
* Demonstrate the ability to identify issues and resolve them efficiently on site, minimising downtime for the client.
* Maintain clear and professional communication, ensuring timely and accurate job reporting and liaison with the Service Office.
