Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
* Defining maintenance plans for new and existing production lines and facilities, and consulting on improving reliability, maintainability, and safety of equipment and facilities.
* Fault finding and resolving technical issues on equipment across the plant to maximize performance of production lines.
* Completing and implementing TPM, PPM, and routine maintenance schedules for machines across the site.
* Responding to time-critical breakdowns, malfunctions, and operational problems to minimize disruption to production.
The Successful Applicant
Qualifications and Skills:
* Beneficial to have a qualification or time-served experience in Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering.
* Extensive knowledge of maintenance activities.
* Ability to read mechanical drawings to support manufacturing and machine improvements.
* Good communication skills at all levels within the business.
* Manufacturing background with relevant experience.
* Machining experience in a maintenance setting using tools such as lathes, mills, grinders, drills, and welders.
What's on Offer
Salary: £42,000
Shift pattern: Monday - Thursday 2pm - 10pm, Friday 12pm - 6pm
