Contract: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Rate: £50,000 per annum

This new care home will support adults with complex mental health needs, dementia, neuro-disabilities, and physical disabilities. It will have 33 bedrooms across 3 units, providing a homely, supportive environment tailored to individual needs.
This is a unique opportunity to be involved from the ground up, playing a key role in the development and opening of the home.
About the role:
As a Clinical Nurse Manager, your responsibilities will include:
* Leading a team of care and nursing staff to meet residents' medical, physical, emotional, and safeguarding needs.
* Maintaining high standards and driving continuous improvement.
* Overseeing clinical operations and risk management.
* Ensuring compliance with clinical governance, regulatory standards, and CQC requirements.
* Supervising care plan and risk assessment reviews to ensure timely and appropriate interventions.

You should embody our values of fun, integrity, responsiveness, success, and teamwork. A first-level nursing registration with a valid NMC PIN is essential.
With at least three years of post-registration experience and management or supervisory training, you’ll be well-suited for this leadership role.
You should also have:

* A proactive, independent work approach.
