Job Title: Regional Practice Manager
Location: Dentopedia Group Clinics (Overseeing 3 Clinics)
Schedule: Monday – Friday & some weekends with mutual agreement
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: £20 per hour
Equivalent to £41,600 per year (40 hours per week)
Performance Bonus: Structured monthly bonus linked to revenue growth, invoiced work, membership targets, and review performance.
On-target earnings typically reach £50,000 to £55,000 per year.
Car Allowance: £150 per month. (Full UK driving licence is essential for this role due to multi-site travel)

Role Overview
The Regional Practice Manager will oversee the operational, financial, and team performance of three Dentopedia clinics. This is a leadership role focused on driving standards, improving performance, supporting clinic managers, and ensuring consistent patient experience across all sites.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily operations across three clinics
* Support and develop Practice Managers and clinic teams
* Drive revenue growth and achieve financial performance targets
* Monitor KPIs including diary utilisation, treatment acceptance, and membership growth
* Ensure compliance with CQC, HR, and operational standards
* Conduct regular site visits and performance reviews
* Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff development
* Manage budgets, cost control, and reporting to senior leadership
* Resolve escalated patient or operational issues professionally
* Implement group-wide systems and process improvements
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience as a Practice Manager or multi-site manager in dental or healthcare
* Strong leadership and team development skills
* Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and KPIs
* Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
* Confident communicator able to influence and motivate teams
* Ability to manage multiple sites and prioritise effectively
* Professional, structured, and performance-driven mindset

Essential Requirements
* Right to work in the UK
* Full UK driving licence and ability to travel between clinics
* Strong understanding of CQC and healthcare compliance standards
* Experience managing teams and financial performance
