Job Responsibilities:
• Lead recruiting efforts across multiple business units, including real estate, student housing, behavioral health, and hospitality operations
• Manage applicant tracking through HR and payroll systems
• Conduct candidate vetting, background checks, drug screens, and e-verify
• Assist with generalist HR duties, including benefits administration, FMLA, and multi-task HR support
• Serve as first pass for specialty candidates across different divisions
• Support urgent staffing needs
• Maintain high-volume recruiting while performing specialized HR tasks
Requirements:
• Experience in recruiting, HR generalist tasks, benefits administration, FMLA, and multi-state staffing
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Teams, and applicant tracking systems
• Multi-tasking, detail-oriented, high interpersonal skills, and flexible for dynamic assignments
• Industry experience: Real Estate, Behavioral Health, Hospitality preferred
• Bachelor’s degree required, particularly for temp-to-perm consideration
• Candidate must be able to manage high-volume recruiting while performing generalist HR tasks
• Ability to pass criminal federal/state background check and 5-panel drug screen (no marijuana)
