We are currently looking to add a Solicitor (NQ-3 PQE) to our Birmingham-based Medical Negligence team. You will manage your own caseload while supporting senior colleagues on complex, high-severity matters, ensuring clients receive clear, practical and empathetic advice throughout their case.

Our solicitors handle a wide range of serious clinical negligence claims, including obstetric, neonatal, anaesthetic, neurosurgical, cardiac, oncology and psychiatric cases. The team is headed by Partner Lindsay Tomlinson, a highly experienced specialist with over 25 years' expertise in medical negligence. Lindsay is recognised for her work in spinal injury, cauda equina syndrome, birth injury and cerebral palsy claims, and has secured over £200 million in damages for clients. Known for her compassionate, thorough and client-focused approach, she brings exceptional technical leadership to the team.
