Join to apply for the Archdeacons' Parish Engagement Manager role at The Church of England.
Key Responsibilities
* Support and challenge emerging Minster Communities and their leaders in establishing working practices, whether through informal agreements or formal legal change.
* Get involved on behalf of the Archdeacons in the detailed conversations of Minster Communities.
* Work alongside existing diocesan support for local congregations regarding church buildings.
* Ensure safeguarding policy and procedures are embedded as Minster Communities are formed.
Qualifications
* Knowledge and experience of change processes.
* A solid understanding of Anglican church life.
* The ability to work productively with local church congregations.
* Capability to quickly grasp church laws and processes and apply them productively in local situations.
* A calm and supportive presence in challenging conversations.
Part‑time Role
This is a part‑time position. Applications for a part‑time role will be considered.
