4. Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, ensuring satisfaction.
5. Update and maintain customer records with accurate information.
6. Coordinate with internal teams to address customer concerns.
7. Provide product information and recommendations to customers.
8. Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to processes.
9. Assist in tracking orders and updating customers on delivery status.
10. Ensure all interactions align with the company's service standards.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Customer Service Agent should have:
11. Experience in customer service or a related field, ideally in the retail industry.
12. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
13. Ability to manage and resolve customer issues effectively.

What's on Offer
18. A full time permanent position with a consistent Monday to Friday schedule, 9am to 5pm (35 hours)
19. A salary of £24500
20. The opportunity to work one full day a week in the office, with the potential for more.
