About the role
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Regional Manager to lead the delivery and growth of utility software solutions across the UK. This is a pivotal leadership role, responsible for managing customer satisfaction, operational performance, and cross-functional teams within the Utilities domain. You will work closely with product OEMs and end customers, delivering high-impact solutions that drive value and innovation.
This role offers the opportunity to work across complex engagements, influence regional strategy, and collaborate with global leaders in the Utilities space. You'll be expected to travel to client sites and participate in an on-call rotation to support customer needs outside standard business hours.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the primary point of contact for customer satisfaction and service delivery
* Manage multiple customer engagements across the Utilities software landscape
* Drive operational excellence, risk management, and adherence to quality processes
* Lead regional strategy development and align with global business goals
* Develop and coach cross-functional teams spanning Services, Support, and Engineering
* Build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
* Monitor regional KPIs and initiate corrective actions where needed
* Serve as a communication bridge between regional teams and global HQ
Key Skills
* Expertise in Utilities Grid Software: EMS, ADMS, DERMS, Grid Automation
* Proven leadership experience in regional roles within the utilities or IT services sector
* Strong background in stakeholder management and customer-facing delivery
* Experience developing and executing strategic business plans
* Excellent communication, collaboration, and decision-making skills
Nice to Have
* Background in global IT consulting or systems integration
* Exposure to regulated or transformation-heavy utility environments
Salary:
£70,000 - £90,000 + Benefits + Bonus
