About the company
I am currently recruiting on behalf of a Luxury Automotive OEM, based in Wolverhampton, who are seeking a BEM Launch Engineer to join their team
Skills Required:
* Problem solving
* Manufacturing process knowledge
* HV Battery knowledge
Experience Required:
* Preferred degree qualified in relevant engineering subject.
* Demonstrates the Clients' Creators Code behaviours of Customer Love, Unity, Integrity, Growth and Impact.
* Relevant OR previous experience of Launch in Manufacturing; working knowledge of quality tools and processes.
* An individual, who works independently, is results driven, demonstrating tenacity, drive and perseverance with the ability to deliver operational plans in a complex, highly demanding environment.
* Embracing differences, being empathetic, welcoming challenges together empowering each other to deliver.
* Strong people skills and the ability to work individually and in a cross functional team.
Experience Preferred:
* A knowledge of battery systems and design
* Knowledge of PCDS framework
* Experience of AIMS & Issue management systems
* Experience / understanding Agile methodology
