A secondary school in Barnet, North West London, is looking for an ARP Teaching Assistant to join their specialist autism provision from September 2025.
As an ARP Teaching Assistant, youll support students learning and development, making a real difference as part of the ARP Teaching Assistant team.
About the Role | ARP Teaching Assistant:
As an ARP Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Support students with autism in both one-to-one and small group settings
* Assist students with GCSE Maths resit, and potentially Psychology and Art lessons
* Collaborate with teachers and SEND staff to create a supportive environment
What Were Looking For | ARP Teaching Assistant:
* Someone with a UK Psychology degree able to support GCSE Maths
* Passion for supporting students with autism within a mainstream school setting
* Ability to support GCSE Maths resit and possibly Psychology and Art
* Patience, empathy, and adaptability
