Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Analyst located in the UK initially, with a view to relocating to Dubai quite quickly. The role is very diverse, and will suit someone who enjoys the challenge of working with the senior management and directors of the business. Daily tasks can range from working with the legal and compliance team, coordinating with and assisting the HR function, engaging in marketing activities and collaborating with cross-functional teams, participating in senior management meetings and supporting decision-making functions.
Qualifications
* Strong degree such as economics, business administration, law, mathematics etc. from a reputable university
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Proficiency in English and drafting documents / business professional emails
* Clear and effective Communication skills, both written and verbal
* Attention to detail and ability to work across different teams and skill sets
* Proficiency with common business analysis tools and software; familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and process mapping tools
* Experience in the legal, maritime or consulting fields is a plus
* Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and manage multiple priorities effectively
* Excellent work ethic is a must
