* Implement a transparent and open management approach for success
To be considered for this role you will need:
* Previous experience in leading teams in Food Production / FMCG sector
* Demonstrated proficiency in leadership and communication
* Ambitious, pragmatic, and high-energy individual
Please note this role operates on a Monday- Friday Days-based shift pattern (6-2 / 2-10).
