Responsibilities
* Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service to ensure a positive experience
* Assist customers with inquiries, sales transactions, and other needs
* Support the sales team by preparing sales materials, updating records, and following up on leads.
* Manage administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records.
* Handle incoming calls and emails promptly.
* Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the office.
* Managing our stock and ordering as necessary.
Requirements
* Proven experience in customer service or sales roles is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key.
* Strong communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanour
* Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
* Ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment
* Proficiency in basic computer applications such as MS Office (Word, Excel)
* A proactive attitude with a desire to contribute positively to team goals
* Ability to work flexible hours as needed to support business operations
