Staff Solutions UK Ltd is currently recruiting for a permanent experienced Van Driver with a Forklift Licence on behalf of our client based in Barking, Essex.
This position is to start immediately and is offered on a temp perm basis, meaning you would work through us for the first 12 weeks and then be taken on permanently by our client.
Please note that this is a NIGHT position, and your start time would be 20.00/8pm each day. You can expect to work for around 8 hours per shift, Sunday Friday, 6 days per week. This is based on working 48 hours per week, some weeks you may do less hours, occasionally during busy periods you may work more.
You will be driving a long wheelbase van and making deliveries to companies based in London & Kent.
You will be responsible for loading and unloading your vehicle using a Forklift and keeping it clean and tidy.
You will receive full training for this role and will be paired with an experienced employee to begin with.
Due to the hours, we would prefer candidates to have their own transport or live locally.
The rate of pay for this role is £15.50 per hour, inclusive of holiday pay.
