The Vacancy
Uniserve are seeking a Warehouse Administrator. You will be responsible for data entry, processing, and documenting order details, assisting with customer services and general warehouse duties/stock control.
Key Responsibilities:
* Daily admin tasks.
* Assisting with customer service queries via email or telephone.
* Liaising with the transport team to arrange collection or delivery of goods.
* Daily routing of orders using the transport management system.
* Allocating and releasing orders.
* Physically counting and investigating stock queries.
Skills and Experience:
* Effective communication skills (written and verbal).
* Ability to understand Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
* Confident in using MS Office, (Excel and Word).
* Experience working within an office environment.
* An understanding of Warehousing and Supply Chain Logistics.
* Driven and self‑motivated.
* Able to work to deadlines and meet targets.
* Team Player.
