Job Title: Maintenance Planner / Coordinator Location: Perivale, Greenford (Office-Based) Salary: £35,000 per annum Job Type: Full Time, Permanent Start Date: Immediate Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm Probation Period: 3 Months About the Role: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive and organised Maintenance Planner / Coordinator to join a growing maintenance services provider based in Greenford. This office-based role involves overseeing the planning and coordination of maintenance activities across multiple contracts to ensure efficient service delivery and high levels of client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: * Project Planning: Develop and manage detailed maintenance schedules, including PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance), reactive tasks, and quoted works, ensuring compliance with client and regulatory requirements. * Resource Allocation: Coordinate workforce, equipment, and materials to deliver maintenance services on time and within budget. * Schedule Management: Monitor and adjust maintenance schedules, prioritise urgent requests, and manage service visits to reduce operational downtime. * Risk Assessment: Identify and mitigate potential risks such as equipment issues, resourcing challenges, or health and safety concerns. * Communication Coordination: Serve as a key communication point between maintenance teams, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution. * Documentation Management: Maintain accurate records, including job logic entries, inspection reports, and other relevant documentation. * Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs such as PPM compliance, response/resolution times, and customer satisfaction, identifying areas for improvement. Key Skills and Attributes: * Proven experience in maintenance planning or coordination. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. * Excellent organisational and planning capabilities. * Sound understanding of digital tools for scheduling and reporting. * Competent in researching, analysing, and presenting information clearly and effectively. * Track record of contributing to high-performing teams
