Your purpose:
As part of our Nuclear New Build business, our Project Delivery Capability team handles complex engineering projects, from technical leadership to project management. With major stakeholders in the nuclear sector, we offer a stimulating variety of work across the UK, Europe, and Middle East, in both the Large Civil Nuclear market and emerging New Nuclear Technologies.
In this role, you will work across our Nuclear New Build business, leading engineering projects or embedded in client programs. We provide continuous on-the-job training to support your career growth. We are recruiting mainly in Bristol and Epsom, where you'll join diverse teams. Our Bristol office mainly supports the Hinkley Point C project, Small Modular Reactor programme, and UK EPR design centre, while Epsom focuses on Sizewell C and UKAEA clients. Travel to client sites across the UK may be required.

Typical responsibilities include:
* Managing work packages under guidance from senior management.
* Delivering projects within margin, schedule, and quality targets.
* Reviewing and adhering to procedures and standards.
Ideally, you are:
* Excellent communicator, motivated by dynamic project environments.
* Keen to learn and support multidisciplinary teams.
* Experienced in project management to deliver outcomes on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
* Familiar with stakeholder management and PM tools such as MS Project, Stage Gates, Enterprise Advantage, iGate, JDE.
