Senior Support Worker – Supported Living Services (Learning Disabilities)

Responsibilities
* Provide regular and sometimes intensive daily support, including mobilisation, personal care and assistance with tasks of daily living.
* Support tenants to live independently wherever possible, encouraging choice and autonomy.
* Adapt to the 24‑hour care model, working flexible hours and days of the week as required.
