This is a leadership role that blends technical expertise with people management offering the opportunity to shape advice delivery and drive positive client outcomes.
What you'll be doing:
* Leading a team of financial advisers to deliver compliant high-quality advice
* Providing technical oversight on complex IHT and tax planning cases
* Overseeing advice suitability and ensuring regulatory compliance
* Optimising advice processes and client journeys for consistency and efficiency
* Collaborating with compliance operations and product teams
* Supporting adviser development through training and competence schemes
* Embedding Consumer Duty principles across advice delivery
* Managing people performance in line with company policies and values
Qualifications:
* Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (CII or equivalent)
* Strong technical knowledge of IHT trusts estate planning and personal taxation
* Proven experience leading and developing financial advisers
* Familiarity with FCA regulations including COBS PROD and Consumer Duty
* Confidence using financial planning tools and CRM systems
* Ability to work cross-functionally with compliance product and operations teams
* Commercial awareness with a focus on client outcomes
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
