Job Title: Head of Reservations, Sales and Events
Our client is an iconic independent restaurant and event venue offering exquisite food across two successful venues. The group is well-established in London and plans to expand their portfolio in the coming years. The successful candidate for the Head of Reservations, Sales and Events will be part of a stable and successful operation.
Benefits:
* Monday to Friday shifts
* Starting salary of £50,000 per annum plus bonus and commission
* Bonus incentives paid twice yearly
* Uncapped 3% to 7% commission on organic sales

Responsibilities:
* Represent the restaurant/venue proudly
* Support and train reservation team for smooth call handling
* Motivate and organize the team
* Manage third-party inquiries
* Handle reservation and event reports
* Oversee Private Dining & Membership Management
* Develop sales revenue proactively and reactively
Requirements:
* Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
* Experience with reservation systems such as Quadranet, OpenTable, Collins, or similar
* Guest-focused with keen attention to detail
* Proactive and results-driven in maximizing reservations and events
* Ability to develop organic leads independently
* Willingness to host events as needed
