Salary: £30,000 - 35,000 per year Requirements: We require a minimum of 2 years experience in a 2nd Line MSP role. We require strong Microsoft 365 administration experience. We require experience with Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, and Intune. We require working knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID and Conditional Access. We require a good understanding of DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and firewalls. We require experience supporting Windows desktop and server environments. We require a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle. We require the right to work in the UK. We value experience using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot or Claude. We value Microsoft certifications such as MS-900, AZ-900, SC-900, and MS-102. We value exposure to Azure IaaS, AVD, or Windows 365. We value experience with Autopilot or Intune app packaging. We value ITIL familiarity. Responsibilities: We resolve 1st and 2nd line escalated tickets end-to-end. We deliver customer change requests, including laptop setups, user onboarding and offboarding, SharePoint site creation, and Teams and mailbox configuration. We support project delivery and on-site installations. We attend customer sites for scheduled and reactive work as required. We work alongside the Senior Engineer on escalations and complex issues. We maintain clear technical documentation. We identify opportunities to improve systems and processes. We may support account management activities where desired, including assisting the Account Manager. We may produce basic quotes for hardware and licensing where desired. We may participate in technical customer discussions where desired.
