Responsibilities
* Financial Analysis & Reporting – Oversee revenue streams, cost management, and profitability analysis across multiple business are
* Budgeting & Forecasting – Work cross-functionally to develop financial forecasts and strategic business planning
* Business Strategy & Decision Support – Provide data-driven insights to influence senior leadership and key business decisions
* Leadership – Mentor and lead a team of financial analysts, fostering a high-performance cultu
* Business Intelligence & Analytics – Collaborate with BI teams to leverage data for enhanced reporting and performance monitoring
What We're Looking
* Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with strong commercial finance experience. (Desired, not essential)
* True business partnering experience and real want to add value, not just process numb
* Analytical mindset with expertise in financial modelling and strategic decision-making
* Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement ski
* Experience with Power BI, data analytics, and M&A (preferred but not essential
