Telesales / Business Development Executive
Our growing Herefordshire based client is seeking an experienced Telesales professional to join them on a full time, permanent basis. The successful candidate will hold a key role within a busy, growing team of ambitious and service driven professionals, seeking out growth opportunities.
You can expect:
* Salary - £33k – 35k plus significant uncapped OTE earnings – experienced Telesales and BDM professionals are encouraged to apply!
* Working hours: 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday (30minutes for lunch) – Site based
* Ongoing growth opportunities
What you will be doing:
* Ability to focus on getting the job done and hitting KPI call volumes
* Persistent focus on breaking down barriers to new markets and fanatical follow up of opportunities
* CRM management and sales tools to ensure all communications are documented
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively in every customer interaction.
* Efficient use of time management to get the best out of your day
What we are looking for:
* Tenacious and ambitious person, with the flexibility to adjust strategies and approaches based on the situations
* Experience across ERP, CRM and reporting within a sales environment
* Demonstrate progressive sales b2b or account management experience
* Excellent time management to get the best out of your day
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively within sales teams
* Must be happy to be office based in south Hereford
