Responsibilities: Administer, maintain, and improve software development tools including GitLab, JFrog Artifactory, Jira/YouTrack, Bookstack, and related systems. Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, TeamCity, and other suitable tools and techniques. Integrate Artifactory with CI/CD pipelines to manage build artifacts and versioned releases. Ensure build, test, and deployment pipelines are scalable, reliable, and secure. Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management processes. Manage integrations between tooling systems to enable seamless developer workflows. Support software teams in onboarding, troubleshooting, and optimising development environments. Monitor, maintain, and optimise build infrastructure performance and availability. Implement best practices in version control, branching strategies, and release management. Ensure systems meet security, reliability, and compliance requirements. Proactively engage with engineering teams to identify and resolve bottlenecks in the development lifecycle. Contribute to continuous improvement of DevOps practices across the business. Document tooling, processes, and best practices to ensure knowledge sharing across teams.
