Lettings Accounts Manager – East Manchester - Up to £30,000 DOE
Over the past three decades, this firm have provided a full 360 property management service across the Manchester area.
They have a team of experts, which are continuing to expand, and as such, they’re looking for a Lettings Account Manager to make a real impact within the company, working from their East Manchester office.

What you will be doing
* Looking after all aspects of rental income, receipting in, paying landlords and contractors, refunds, paying NRL tax
* Year end accounts for landlords assisting with general day to day enquiries over monies etc
* The reconciliation of clients monies
* Preparation of rental statements and the transfer of clients monies
* Liaising with Property Managers and the Accounts team to reconcile bank accounts
* Processing incoming and outgoing deposits
What you will have
* Have previous experience within a similar role
* Experience using an account related software
* Possess superb organisational and communication skills
* Have the ability to prioritise a busy and demanding workload and to stay calm under pressure
