We are thrilled to be working with a dynamic and growing client in Sutton who are looking for full-time Senior Customer Support Representative to join their team. The role supports a variety of services and would suit someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems and growing within a supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
* Coordinate customer bookings and schedule services across departments.
* Respond to customer and supplier queries via phone and email.
* Handle incoming calls professionally and clearly.
* Maintain accurate records in the bespoke system.
* Register and update supplier profiles.
* Process payment requests and match with job schedules.
* Source and book entertainment services as needed.
* Provide general admin support to the team and Team Lead.
* Collaborate with internal teams for smooth service delivery.
* Resolve queries related to costs, payments, and invoices.
* Reconcile payments and ensure accurate transaction records.
* Manage customer costs with accuracy and efficiency.
* Deliver prompt and exceptional client support.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Strong IT skills, particularly Excel.
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
* A helpful, kind and customer-focused attitude.
* Familiarity with CRM or booking systems desirable.
