Role Description

Are you ready to embark on a rewarding journey with our Direct Customer Contact team in Lancaster? We’re seeking an enthusiastic and proactive individual to come and join our fantastic team in banking assurance or broker markets, where you’ll become a key player as a direct customer assistant. In this dynamic role, you’ll be the friendly face and reassuring voice that our customers turn to, expertly guiding them through their insurance needs with clarity, empathy, and professionalism. This is not just a job; it’s a chance to make a meaningful impact on people’s financial wellbeing while building relationships. You’ll have the opportunity to provide personalised support that truly makes a difference. Plus, you’ll be part of a team that champions continuous learning and professional growth. Dive into the Global P&C Academy accreditation to sharpen your underwriting skills, and enjoy complimentary access to premier training platforms like DataCamp, Databricks Academy, and LinkedIn Learning. The start date for this role will be in March 2026 and assessment days will take place across 22nd, 27th and 29th January.


Salary Information

Starting at £24,500. Your pay reflects your experience, skills, and the location of your role, but remember, salary is just one aspect of our comprehensive reward package.

Essential Skills

* Outstanding communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
* A genuine passion for your own development and growth.
* Practical knowledge of MS Office and MS Outlook.
