Overview: Job Title: Lettings Administrator Location: Woodside Park (N12) Salary: Up to £35,000 (depending on experience) Job Type: Full-time, Permanent This is a key position within the lettings team, focused on administration and compliance. Youll be responsible for keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes and making sure the business stays compliant with the latest regulations. Key Responsibilities of the Lettings Administrator: Preparing tenancy agreements and renewal paperwork. Carrying out reference checks and ensuring all documentation is complete. Keeping internal systems up to date and fully compliant. Liaising with tenants, landlords, and internal teams. Staying informed on current and upcoming changes in rental legislation. The Ideal Candidate: Previous lettings administration experience is essential. Must be ARLA qualified. Strong understanding of compliance and property legislation.
