Graduate Building Surveyor – Project Work
Key Responsibilities
* Assisting with the delivery of refurbishment, fit-out, and new build projects across commercial, education, and industrial sectors.
* Supporting senior surveyors in project management and contract administration duties.
* Preparing specifications, schedules of work, and tender documentation.
* Attending site inspections and progress meetings with contractors and consultants.
* Monitoring construction progress, quality, and compliance with project specifications.
* Assisting in cost control, programme monitoring, and risk management during projects.
* Producing technical reports, drawings, and feasibility studies.
* Liaising with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams throughout project delivery.
* Supporting the preparation of project briefs, design development, and procurement strategies.
* Ensuring projects comply with health & safety regulations and building standards.
