We are currently seeking Farm Hands who are reliable and hardworking individuals to join our client's team in Staffordshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for those who enjoy working outdoors and being part of a hands-on, active role.
Important:
* Due to the location, candidates must have their own transport
* No visa sponsorships are available for this role
Duties will include:
* Working outdoors in all weather conditions
* Weeding and maintaining crops
* Harvesting produce
* Checking quality of harvested goods
Hours of Work:
* Monday to Friday
* 40+ hours per week
Pay Rate:
* £12.71 to £20.79 per hour
* Pay is dependent on pick rate and performance
