Role Overview
The Restaurant is set within our Audley Retirement village, which includes its own health club, library, fine dining restaurant, bar, and luxury suites. The village hosts owners who permanently reside on site in their private homes as well as external customers. We offer a range of cuisine from simple to finest, set in heritage buildings, and pride ourselves on providing the very best service. As a Waiter/Waitress you’ll ensure that Audley Owners and External Customers receive the highest quality of service and experience. You’ll be responsible for seating guests, taking reservations, advising on the menu, serving afternoon tea, promoting the village and luxury spa, sharing friendly conversation, and delivering exceptional service. You will also assist with service of guest suites, answer owners' enquiries, keep an eye on stock levels, help set up for special events, and ensure cleanliness of all areas.
Ideal Candidate
* Previous experience in hospitality and handling cash (preferable).
* Taking pride in everything you do is essential for this role.
* A ‘can do’ attitude and an organized approach to ensure tasks are completed.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Self‑motivated and driven by standards and sales opportunities.
* Eager to learn and advance.
* Hands‑on and flexible approach to daily duties and shift patterns.
