Your responsibilities will include:
* Providing individualised support to pupils with SEN to help them access learning
* Working alongside teachers to adapt lessons and resources to meet pupil needs
* Implementing strategies from EHCPs and individual support plans
* Supporting pupils with emotional regulation and positive behaviour management
* Encouraging social skills, positive interactions, and communication
* Assisting with transitions between lessons, activities, and unstructured periods
* Supervising pupils at break and lunchtimes
* Monitoring pupil progress and recording observations
* Providing feedback to teachers, SENCOs, and external specialists
* Supporting personal care needs when necessary, with dignity and sensitivity
