Go10 is a fast-growing, tech-enabled distribution company supplying major UK retailers and D2C channels. We’re looking for an Operations Director to take full ownership of our logistics, warehousing, returns, customer service, and automation functions — and play a pivotal role in scaling the business.
🔍 What You’ll Be Doing
* Lead and scale day-to-day operations: logistics, 3PL, returns, warehousing, and customer service
* Own and reduce operational costs — with direct accountability for freight, logistics, and insurance spend
* Drive company-wide efficiency by leading the automation & IT team to remove friction, manual work, and inefficiencies
* Manage and optimise returns workflows, balancing speed, cost, and service quality across D2C and B2B
* Be the internal lead on our warehouse strategy — with hands-on experience in 3PL and in-house warehousing models
* Oversee compliance, certifications, and documentation across GDPR, WEEE, imports, and product safety
* Build and lead capable teams across logistics, customer support, and automation
* Work closely with the founder to support the next stage of business scale-up and operational evolution
✅ What We’re Looking For
* Strong track record in distribution, eCommerce, or supply chain roles, with real-world warehousing and logistics exposure
* Deep understanding of ERP/WMS systems, API integration, and process automation (e.g., Zapier, Make.com)
* Commercially savvy — you've managed operational cost lines and understand the impact of every efficiency gain
* Proven ability to scale operations in a fast-moving, high-volume environment
* Structured and proactive — you simplify complexity, tighten execution, and lead by example
* Comfortable owning returns strategy, and driving continual improvement
