The Role: Whatyou'llbe doing In this Business Support Administrator role, yourmain focuswill be supporting our fostering services.You'llbe dealing with sensitive information and working to tight deadlines to ensure our compliance and procedures are spot on. Your day-to-day will involve: Document Management: Reviewing paperwork and documentation to ensure everything meets our high quality and compliance standards. Relationship Building: Acting as a professional point of contact for social work teams and local authorities. Compliance: Running andmaintainingaccurateDBS records for our foster carers and their families. Digital Records: Using Microsoft Office and our sector-specific database (CHARMS) to keep our recordsaccurateand up to date. Office Support: Handling reception duties, mail, and helping produce our fortnightly "Noticeboard" newsletter. Your Experience and Qualifications Essential: Background: Youhave proven experience in a Business Support Administrator or similar role within a fast-paced office environment. Technical Skills: Yourecomfortable using a keyboard and have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel,OutlookandSharepoint. The Approach: You'reprocess-driven, reliable, and adaptable. You've excellent time management skills and a deep respect for confidentiality. Logistics: You live within a commutable travel time of Grimsby town centre and are prepared to undergo a standard DBS check. Desirable: A Level 2 in Business Administration or an equivalent qualification. The ability to take complex,accurateminutes for meetings. A full UK Driving Licence for occasional travel between services. Your Package and Perks Pay: £12.90 per hour. Time Off: 24 days holiday plus Bank Holidays (pro rata).
