Finance Administrator

We are seeking a Temporary Finance Administrator to join our client's finance team for a 4-week assignment, starting immediately. This short-term opportunity has arisen due to the integration of a new system within the business, and additional support is needed to ensure smooth operations during this transition.
Description of the role:
* Process invoices for the vendor ledger from email, post, or hand delivery, primarily using Continia software or manual entry.
* Record receipts and payments to the relevant ledgers from bank statements, Wise accounts, credit card statements, and petty cash spreadsheets.
* Periodically reconcile all bank accounts to statements.
* Reconcile balances to statements, cash books, and spreadsheets to ensure closing balances are accurate.
About you:
* Experience in finance administration or a related role.
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Familiarity with accounting software (knowledge of Continia and Business Central is a plus!).
* Proficiency in handling bank reconciliations and ledger entries.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
