Senior HR Advisor Energy
80,000 + 20% bonus
I am super excited to be exclusively working with a business in the energy space to scale the HR team! This role reports into the HR Manager and will be supported by the team’s HR Administrator.
This is a brand-new role for the business and has come about as the business has huge plans to scale in 2024 and beyond – sitting at 130 heads right now, this role will be the main point of contact to support across the business.
The Senior HR Advisor will:
Be the main point of contact for all things HR for the business. You will partner with Senior Leaders within the business and advise on all HR Policies and Procedures.
Act as a Talent Partner, partnering with different business units to post ads, shortlist, partner with agencies. Also working to expand upon employer branding – having awareness of EVP.
Partner with HR Manager on People projects – such as leadership development, salary review project, benefits revamp and rebuilding employee handbook.
Senior HR Advisor skills and experience:
Strong HR Generalist background, working in a fast-paced environment.
Competent in writing HR Documentation including contracts and employment letters.
Strong data and analytical skills, working on creating dashboards and tracking HR KPIs.
Great relationship building skills, speaking with credibility when working with stakeholders.
